18:28 Rain: it's raining over the tt's route and riders are slowing down to be cautious.
19:03 It's not raining anymore: the rain has stopped but the bitume is still very wet.
19:11 The rain is back on the finish line.
19:40 The sun is back but the road still looks very slippery.
19:58 Christopher Froome won't fight for the stage : "It's wet and dangerous. Chris won't take risks."

It is highly probable that we'll neutralize this stage due to rule §6.5.1
